UX/UI & Service Design - CUPRA TRAVEL

In collaboration with Cupra, this Project was developed as a part of a group endeavour. Our primary objective was to enhance the user experience (UX) and explore novel ways to engage users in the in-car environment. We aimed to create an ecosystem that offered a fresh, exciting experience unprecedented in the market. Guided by the principles of service design, we focused on incorporating gamification, UX/UI design, and anticipated future trends. Moreover, we explored how the car could serve as a tool for redefining travel experiences.

CUPRA Travel emerged as a project with a clear vision: to push the boundaries of the mobility industry by offering innovative and enjoyable experiences to users. Our emphasis extended beyond creating remarkable experiences to building a vibrant community and fostering strategic partnerships. The goal was to position CUPRA as more than just an automotive brand – a brand that epitomises a lifestyle and creates lasting memories.
