Thesis Project - Genesis Club by MANGO

This Project was developed in collaboration with MANGO as a client and aimed to envision a new sustainable business model that challenges the traditional retail landscape and cultivates new relationships throughout the value network.

Genesis Club represents a paradigm shift in MANGO's community engagement approach, strongly focusing on community building, trust and conscious consumption. It establishes profound connections throughout MANGO's value network beyond mere transactions. Through a captivating and immersive ecosystem of personalised experiences, Genesis Club provides comprehensive guidance from pre-purchase to end-of-life.

Genesis Club offers a loyalty points system, which rewards community members for their positive actions and engagement. The application empowers customers to be part of the transformation, cultivates lasting connections, and spearheads the fashion industry's journey towards a more conscious industry. By continuously evolving and adapting to its members' needs, There are many opportunities to develop the platform, and it will remain relevant and sustainable today and in the future.

This Project propels MANGO's commitments and sustainability vision. Prioritising community engagement, conscious consumption, and implementing a reward-based loyalty program represents a significant step forward for MANGO. Through Genesis Club, MANGO empowers customers to make sustainable choices, shaping a more conscious and sustainable fashion industry.

This Project was developed in three main phases 1. Research where both primary and secondary research was conducted. 2. Concept creation, where the service blueprint and business model were developed 3. Testing and finalising the service where both prototypes and the final version of the service were defined. Throughout the processes check, points with MANGO were held to ensure that the client was satisfied with the evolution of the Project.
